      Many long-term, bright folks who are desperate to add value. Work from home/remote option is GREAT Decent salary structure

      Cons

      No clear identity as a company - hard to answer the question "what does Unisys do?" The sales structure is a mess. Long-term AEs with tons of relationships are let go because they are dinosaurs...in favor of new folks who try to sell things Unisys doesn't have No investment in staff, product, or reputation on the non-hardware (TCIS) side
