      Pros

      Alot of training opportunities. The company training program is great. Fair work/life balance. Alot of experienced professionals. You can learn alot about new technology and programs quickly. Unisys is always trying to enter new markets with new technology.

      Cons

      Unstable. Longterm employement depends on the companies ability to land new contracts. Work environment can be competitive for self preservation. Leadership has alot of good ideas but seems to be stuck in analysis paralysis and unable to deliver. There is an old school mentality to the company culture.
