      Pros

      This place is very professional, and they treat you as such. The salary is great and they overall feel of the place it great.

      Cons

      The cons of the place are not any different than any other call center. There are good days as well as bad and it is always good to remember that if you cannot handle people that are upset, this is not the job for you.

      Pros

      Good people to work with however once they become managers they can no longer be trusted to be honest. They tell the political truth which changes as quickly as the wind blows.

      Very political, much like high school all over again

      Not bad for a contracting company

      Pros

      Pay and benefits for a contracting company were decent compared to others in the market.

      Cons

      Raises were few and far between. Little to no advancement, and they really have no interest in developing employees. Environment was nice to begin with but eventually morale decreased and the work environment was not enjoyable at all. All in all a lot issues were related to the client that Unisys was contracted to work for.
