      Working as a back-office employee (not as helpdesk agent) I feel myself good at the company.

      Less and less revenue and therefore less or no founding for team buildings, company events.

      Company going through an unprecedent refoundation - lots of changes and energy to bring and to get ging forward. Great Leadership team, complete redesign of Operating model

      Still a lot of lagacy behaviors especially in Europe where changes take longer to implement.
