      Pros

      * Good initial Salary * Great Official Environment (You won't feel like typical indian offices) * Friendly colleagues * Flexible working Hours ( really flexible) can do Work from Home as well * Product Based employees get some extra advantages too (for leaves) * A really good place to get retire with. * Awesome Work life balance.

      Cons

      * At times you might feel life in monotonous * Again a Management oriented organization (so technically not a very good place for Freshers) * Less chances for Onsite visit (Specially for Product side )

      good place to work - BUT only if you are someone who wants a relaxed lifestyle, without too much work

      Pros

      1. Benefits & Compensation - no variable pay until you reach management levels 2. Flexible working hours - and you are allowed to work from home no matter when you want 3. There is a dress code but no one follows it strictly. You can come to work in jeans and trust me you will not feel the odd one out

      Cons

      1. Very difficult - rather impossible to get things going 2. work culture - resistance to change 3. Decision making is extremly slow 4. most people do not have even an hour's worth work in a day
