      Pros

      There is a lot independence in the way you operate. Work from home and Cab facilities make life easier at Unisys. Just the place to grow and enjoy a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Dated processes and technology offered to clients. Sales is not aggressive and up to date with offerings. Therefore no new big logo acquisitions and loss of revenue.

      1) Time flexibility. 2) WFH 3)Good learning opportunities for some one who is lucky enough to land in good projects.

      1)Compensation is below market standards. 2)Cabs provided but they are not really employee benefit oriented. 3)Very laid back people.
