      Once a great company, revenues continue to go down hill .

      Company once had great culture and was customer focused

      Cons

      The merger years ago gradually killed the culture and customer focus, changed management, continued shuffling of management and focus, is dragging the company down. Once they sold off the old Borroughs Payment Systems Division, it doomed part of their mainframe line.

      -Very flexible timings. -Give enough time to learn things for freshers Free transport and opputunities are project dependent. -

      -Less oppurtunities to learn at fast pace. -Managment is not so effective in bringing the required changes.
