      Work life balance is average . No constraints on dressing and all. Comfortable shift timings.

      Cons

      Politics are more in support project. Employee and higher management relations is very bad.

      Good salary, young team since the team is support a lot of customers the enviroment is also multinational

      Cons

      No raise of salary from year to year. Sometimes account handeling can be overwhelming since 1 agent can suppport up to 8 accounts , not healthy at all
