      Pros

      Laid back. Not much supervision required. I got to travel in my local area everyday and meet new people. almost every day. I worked there a little over a year and ended up with over a thousand contacts in my phone.

      Cons

      For my job the pay wasn't adequate for a long term job type pay. Other than that, it wasnt a bad job at all.

      You can learn a lot, but you need to find your way to get this knowledge. Different kind of experiences on different levels. To start your career, this is a good place, very good soacial environment

      Global company with opportunities to work outside your home country, Partner discount and benefits scheme, leave entitlements, flexible working hours, local management

      Cons

      the biggest drawback to working here is the lack of training and experience of some staff combined with a lack of communication and guidance. the training most staff receive is only as good as the person who trained the person who trained them
