      Pros

      Good time to work on new and research kind of technologies, very good work-personal life balance. more time can be spent on what you love to work on and pretty good support from management. Good Compensation.

      Cons

      little office politics and most of the time, its like, people who think they have work, will keep working and people who think they are free, will be free always, As you go up the ladder more excel/report work wil be there.

      Good management but they are all retired, i don't know about the new staff

      If you like SSII place, it is a really good place to work. I dont know how the entreprise has changed in 5 years
