      Pros

      -Work Life Balance is awesome and they accomodate when adjustments need to be made. There is also the ability to work from home which is a plus - Management expects a quick response to depends but is always willing to lend a hand and are extremely approachable. - Company culture is amazing, it is a huge corporation with a small business feel with everyone knowing one another

      Cons

      With the growth of remote workers there is not as much attention given to the facility in Blue Bell, but other then that the peoeple are awesome.

      - Work life balance: Very less work. Most of the time you don't have any work. You can work from home depending upon your manager. - Easy access to senior management

      Cons

      - No career path - Low salary - Poor quality of work - Very less medical benefits - No BONUS
