Mostly follows ITIL framework for IT Services and there is a lot to learn at every phase. Clearly defined strategies and competitive work commitments. Innovative company with new thinking and strategy towards future business in Market. A career development with higher education is a great option handy for those whose aspirations are a way high.
Cons
Mediocre Management in certain dept.s of the company. Always rushing for a fire fight than fire prevention - Lots of Issues on isolating the areas of improvement. Leadership is not so focused to look into retention policies. Non-Transparent HR Practices: What they publicize in IJPs is not what they provide when someone clear it and gets promoted. Followed a procedure that do not pay hike in salary but would only get you to go for a designation change. Lately the India unit are close to a failure in assessing the market conditions to make a future strategy. The Sales team almost all the times loses and anticipates in the loss of annual revenues. HR is a big failure in communicating with the employee. Employee promotions should not be governed by Management but it is HR's responsibility to windup every thing and then come to terms for agreement. On IJP the HR releases the papers and Operations management holds them for months not even allowing the employee know the pay or paying the worth.
