Overall it is Good Company.

Working environment is good. Company will provide cab for those employee who is working in the shift. If employee is working in the night shift will get compunsation.

Cons

Transperancy in process is not there. HR Process are not very good, they are not taking care of the employee.

Pros

If you want to work, then you will get the opportunity to work and will be appreciated. I got recognition for my work within a few months of working. I liked the work culture there. Its very open. Managers are also very friendly. And they will help you technically and support you in all respect.

Cons

There are not much projects. Many projects are being closed. They have two locations in Bangalore. So if you are working in one project and it gets over, and if you get another project which is in another campus, then you have to shift there. The commutation to the Purva campus is not good. SJR campus is a good campus.
