      Pros

      Co-workers are good people. Low level management also okay.

      Cons

      Management not concerned about morale. We see management throw each other under the bus. They blame customer, employees, everyone but themselves. They're out of touch with technical needs of employees and customer as well.

      Keep yourself employed instead of on the unemployment use only as stepping stone if you are very begining of the carrier

      Cons

      Management cares all for themselves and not about employees It is WHO you know and not WHAT you know or can do no pay raise compared to competetors no incentives compnay always findings all reasons possible when comes to giving a pay hike , promotion or anything for that matter
