      Pros

      Great professional opportunities. They're willing to pay for industry certifications and education. Their employee network does a great job of allowing employees from different areas collaborate and share knowledge easily.

      Cons

      Great professional opportunities are only up until a point where the opportunities for growth cut off rather abruptly. The company is very contract driven, so they are limited in what they can do for their employees based on the particular contract they happen to fall under.
