      Pros

      Friendly environment,flexible hours. For resolving issues technical,hardware/software, you can approach anybody. No Harm. Ongoing Projects. I attended walk in interview and whole process ended in 1 day. Within 2-4 days, received my offer letter. Orientation was good.

      Cons

      You need to upgrade yourself from automation perspective. No specific training is given to learn new technology. No Negotiation even if you deserve it.
