      I enjoyed my work in Unisys and learned a lot ...Easy process :)

      Your work will not be recognized by higher level. No hike in the salary.

      Pros

      Chances to step up to leadership roles. Foreign travel is often available. Business plan seems solid. CEO cares about the culture and works to drive sales.

      Cons

      A lot of hours required if you step up too much. If you are hired into the wrong position then you get burned out quickly. Get a mentor quickly and ask a lot of questions.
