Management was very cliquish, offered little advice on what to do to get through tough call center calls. Random overtime days that you can't ask for days off. I worked for a year without taking days off and when I finally asked for a day, my manager cancelled it even though I had the hours. High turnover and I had 3 different managers in 9 months. Very low pay for the stress of taking all the calls.

Was part of the Electric Boat Corp account/transition. Wildly incompetent management and account leaders (especially Tracy Gerik), poor handling and management of IT transition, no knowledge of defense accounts, poor treatment of employees, the list goes on. Also failed to provide a debriefing to many ex-employees. DoD should be very concerned about this company.
