      Very less salary paid, below 50% of MRI for all the employees, no retention policies.

      Very less work..Work from home available..

      Cons

      No learning..Tools used by the company is too old...Needs an upgrade..We have better applications that can be used like Clarity,Crystal Reports,SQL,SAP,Oracle etc.. IJP not transparent..Employee referrals are not considered by the recruitment team.. Appraisals are really bad..company clearing their debts for a very long time now.. No proper trainings offered based on skill set/designation.. "Designations" to be changed as per other companies/market postions currently available. E.g: A team leader is called Service Support Representative-3 and an Analyst is called an Associate.

      Pros

      Flexible timings, less work, lot of free time, relaxed work culture, good pay. A lot of these attributes depends on the boss that you have (both onsite and offshore)

      Cons

      less work and no motivation, fear of growing incompetent, lagging and slow processes, no importance, terrible organization structure and mapping. Its a fantastic company once you join as you'll have plenty of time at hand to relax and breathe-in. However, it gets really bad after 2 months as the lack of work will hit on you. Even if you get work, its not a very quality work and will add no value to your experience or exposure.
