      Pros

      They gave me a job, which I am grateful for. You can transfer to different clients, where you can learn a great deal. The people here are generally very nice to work with.

      Cons

      Unisys Technical Services can transfer you to another department regardless of job function, no warning I was sent from a technical queue (help desk/support) to a customer service queue. You cannot request a transfer however unless your boss agrees to it. which can be up to a year.

      Pros

      IT infrastructure and work atmosphere is very good, got to know more information about technical things.how to solve network related issues to an extent.its a place where there are many options where we can expand our knoweledge from through different streams.

      Cons

      People are not upto the words, they promised for a position and enrolled into another process.they did not let us know about the exact process under which we need to work.they dint inform about the exact work structure.
