Pros
Training opportunities for entry level positions are high, getting promoted to higher levels is relatively easy after the first year. Salary levels are okay when looking at market averages, but it is advisable to take a good look around before leaving Unisys for another company: money is not everything.
Cons
Communication from senior management is not very helpful when talking about strategies as it comes down to lower level staff: there is much room for worries, if unjustified. Employee retention is not the strength of this company, it would be good to put some more effort into finding out why people decide to leave.
