      Pros

      Great benefits, employee perks and savings, reliable schedule.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in management, no on site HR, confusing absense policies, constant software issues, ridiculous budget cuts (1 less bathroom cleaning per day instead of company retreats), bad morale, lack of advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      Unisys has a great work location and pleasing environment to work in. Challenging projects are given to help prove our worth to the company. It provided a wonderful learning experience over the years.

      Cons

      The biggest drawback is the unstable higher management

      Pros

      It's a multicultural environment, very good and devoted colleagues, good salary with lots of benefits, if you are interested in the work you can learn more on your own, you don't have to work overtime, when your shift is over, you can leave.

      Cons

      There are not too many trainings available during working hours, the client care is getting worse, the rating is putting highlights on things which are not really important from work view so it's a bit demotivating.
