      Pros

      The work schedule is extremely flexible; I could potentially work four 10 hour days per week. The environment is pretty lax and the employees are pleasant.

      Cons

      The employee average age is pretty high in the Malvern branch. The building is only one floor so most employees do not get to see the light of day while at work.
