      Pros

      This was my first company & i thorougly enjoyed working..The First 2 Years was amazing..Had plenty to learn..Good work atmosphere..Good place to settle down..

      Cons

      You will have difficulties when it comes to promotion..Since most of the IJP's rolled out are already Pre-fixed..there is little you can do to crack the interview & move on to higher roles

      Pros

      A very cushy support structure. You have all the time in the world to come up to speed. That's to be expected with traditional old line corporate structures. Having above average skills is easy in this environment.

      Cons

      Changes come with no warning. Things go bad and slips are made with no repercussions, then one day someone wants your head.
