      At Unisys do not expect support or assistance from management. They are all too busy to care.

      Unisys provides great opportunity to learn new technologies,

      The company is disorganized and confusing. It is hard to get the help you need, and it is difficult to work with the many business units. It is easier to get a third party to assist than it is to get it from the company especially if it must come from another business unit.

      Pros

      Sometimes worked on interesting projects. Intelligent and hard working co workers that were always nice to have great conversations with.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs due to dropping revenues. Low morale existed among many in the company due to the constant layoffs that were going on.

      Pros

      Co-workers are good people. Low level management also okay.

      Cons

      Management not concerned about morale. We see management throw each other under the bus. They blame customer, employees, everyone but themselves. They're out of touch with technical needs of employees and customer as well.
