      Pros

      Good work life balance, Most of the teams are stable- though projects are not. Average or more compensation. Individual effort to learn more are not discouraged. World wide clients and very old company.

      Cons

      Will not get much challenging work. If you stick to more years, you will get a feeling of Idling your self in company. Management do not have great vision.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were good. The people I worked with were knowledgeable and competent. Job was pretty flexible regarding day to day activity.

      Cons

      Vision of senior management was very dissappointing. Turnover at the upper levels was high and very concerning. No consistent leadership.
