Pros
Unisys still has an interesting and very loyal client-base. Some of their projects are bleeding edge, and mission critical. Exceptional performers can have a visible and significant impact. Collaboration amongst the troops is very good. They also have a flexible, home-based work option.
Cons
I think that leadership is still an issue. The compensation is generally amongst the worst in the industry. At times there appears to be a lot of political infighting and land grabs. The company also has a poor repution in the industry. It is not viewed as a top-tier company.
