      Pros

      If you need a job, and they just happen to be there, then you would be lucky. But do not expect to be treated as anything other than a number, and way for them, the company to make money off of you.

      Cons

      No upward mobility, their goal setting process is a joke, because there is no where to go.

      Pros

      Career and life balance. Not too much work required outside your 40hrs. Mostly laid back. Treated employees well with what they had and that meant a lot to me.

      Cons

      Considering I'm part of a younger gen of workers at my facility, there were a lot of old timers that wanted seem to keep things as is. Change/improvements from status quo not easy. Although we were same company, can be tough getting collaboration between different organizations/teams.
