Pros

Decent pay for call center

Cons

you are expendable at Unisys. You'll troubleshoot issues that are technical and gain a bit of knowledge, but it will soon become very routine. Unisys doesn't train their employees. They hire people with basic background knowledge and throw them in to start taking calls. this can be very stressful as the help file you are given rarely gives you the answer to your callers problem. Management was horrible. You're never acknowledged for a job well done, but will get lectured for call handle time and the slightest mistakes. You are expected to reach out to level 2 agents when you hit a road block or approach your call time limit, but level 2 agents do their best to avoid you or brush you off. Strict attendance policy, no excuses for being inevitably late due to heavy snow days or a sick infant at home. Leaving your phone to use the restroom counts toward your paid breaks. Not an enjoyable place to work

Pros

I mean, I get paid and get bonuses?

Cons

No work/life balance, severely outdated equipment for IT work, horrible morale with management doing nothing to try and fix it.

Pros

flex work schedule, kinda...but pretty normal as compared to other in the industry

Cons

The pay and benefits are not great. They post for and bring you in as a "virtual" associate at even a lower pay (selling you that you won't have commuting expenses), then "reserve the right to change at any time". Meaning, if you are within 30 miles of a site, you will eventually be required to start commuting. They do not keep their word and will not compensate you for making a change. So be aware.
