      Only ok if you're starting your career. Stay away from this company.

      Pros

      Met a lot of people. Exposure to all kinds of technologies. 401K. Dental and medical.

      Cons

      No family work balance. Management forced to work afterhours and weekend, if you refused one time the Manager literally would "show you the door" . No real lunch break allowed. Had to pay for training and certifications from my own pocket. Had to perform admin duties (eg training, expenses or reports) during my own time. Mileage pay was restricted after 1k of distance in a month and a CAP of 50% discount per mile after 1k mark, no car allowance. Use of my personal car meant subsidizing from my own money for the benefit of the company. My car would gain 35k to 40k miles in just one year.

      Pros

      Technical skill and people are great, hard working, dedicated & loyal.

      Cons

      Revolving Door for CEOs. Current Leadership is headed by self centered and egotistical personalities. He actually stood up in front of people and said he has an open door and stop by if you have any questions. He had forgotten that he only visits the HQ 1-2 days a year (Cobwebs in that office).

      Not enough money to change my mind

      Pros

      Great people to work with on my teams, lower level management is good. Upper level does not seem to look deeply at what people do.

      Cons

      Raises are infrequent. if you don't meet the "grade" you are cut out of getting raises feedback on job performance is scarce unless you totally screw up.
