The company doesn't care about their employees one bit. Lack of ethics, morals and character are just a few of the words I would use to describe the management. Hubris and an air of elitism fill the room when dealing with the people making the decisions. They're all about the bottom line and care nothing about the people who help the company meet goals and make a profit.

No management training for new managers. Example: Heard boss say negative things in a virtual meeting with co-workers I wasn't attaining because I worked overtime. Odd cause this was never discussed with me and the annual reviews were stellar. People protect their knowledge to safeguard their positions. Plus, reducing number of customers which causes layoffs. No pay raises. When positions are moved overseas, they come back to you to do the work cause the permissions are not set or they don't have logins. Even after screen sharing and training, they have issues.
