Pros

Some of the management is amazing and will not only coach and mentor you but will also have your back as applicable. Many of my coworkers were true team players and always willing to share knowledge. The benefits are quite competitive.

Cons

You are always in fear of your position being "off-shored" - even going through exercised of what in your job function could be off-shored. There's zero clear leadership from senior management and no transparency of what's really going on. Senior management hides behind slogans and so-called "mission statements". I've been with Unisys long enough to know that it goes in cycles of "move everything off shore", "tick off clients", "panic and pull everything back on shore". 2016-2017, they're back into the "off-shore everything" mode.

Pros

Some opportunities to learn new software and develop skills. Positions may offer remote work options. Work times may be flexible around your life depending on position, some are not. Dental benefits supported orthodontia.

Cons

Inconsistent management directions and communication between management. Failure to fill positions when individuals quit or are let go thus overloading and overworking the existing staff. Outsourcing work out of the United States. Lack of salary adjustments when taking on more responsibilities, furthering education and obtaining certifications. Primary way to get a raise is to receive an offer elsewhere.
