Pros

Nice colleagues and managers. Interesting projects. Pretty good salary.

Cons

Currently not stable situation and experiansing financial issues, overstaff. I think they just chosed AI instead of human work and now all those changes for sure connected with their ''overstaff'' politic.

Good starting point but...

Pros

- can be lax and laid-back at times, but you are constantly on a rollercoaster - one month you have a good manager with a good workload, other times you you are overworked, stressed with a manager from hell who does not want to acknowledge the workload/staffing issues and loves to play favorites - multicultural environment is very cool - pay can be quite good after a time - home office was great until that was an option - good starting point for a foreigner living in Hungary and who does not speak the language or for someone who simply wants to get into this field of work

Cons

-Constantly understaffed and managers keep pretending we don't need more hires Most mangers are incompetent and won't ever stand up for you Base pay is quite low without a language bonus + a bonus you might get after working for them for some years -Constantly have to do other jobs that you are not supposed to do - for example picking up calls and chats for other languages you are not supporting -the turnover rate is very high - not just on the service desk level either - even managers keep changing, I can't even recall how many managers I've had up to this point - they are pushing return to the office, had a home office before but now we're are expected to be in the office. - going back to my previous points this company very clearly doesn't know what they are doing most of the time and keep changing everything all the time - communication can be difficult and very often we are pushed to go to the office (newest one) which is far away for most people, even though we had a voting system where the employees got to choose which office is more convenient for them
