      Pros

      Not many - constant reorgs and layoffs due to senior leadership strategies continuously changing

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than typical and extremely low (or no) raises. Constant layoffs, not considering the talent, and then the workload just goes up for remaining associates. Forcing everyone back into the office, even though job does not interact with local associates and originally hired 8 years ago as remote.

      Worked in the Services arm on many digital transformation projects including presales and product management - Excellent work life balance - Engaging projects to keep you up to date with the market - Open environment to easily air your concerns - Managers are friendly who listen to your ideas and give plenty of space and time to explore and experiment with your work

      Cons

      Not many cons as such - In some cases, where you aren't attached to any projects, you may have a lot of free time - Growth is slow and hikes are low
