Some great innovative people to work with. A young peoples environment. A number of ITIL practises and teams set up. Some really great clients and internal account teams to work with.

Cons

Often too slow to adapt to change. Often a workaround is seen as a fix, which is time and not cost effective. Management very political, in the sense its personal, emotional and not to the detriment of the company as a whole.

Pros

Solid MNC work, from all over the globe. Tries to follow it's own global standard policy, but lip service on several places. No finance/payroll issues very prompt/professional.

Cons

Minimal internal training, especially when attempting to grow within the organization. Being a huge company that has supported all kinds of customers over the decades, many work systems and applications are unique (of little use elsewhere). Subpar pay hikes / negligible bonuses. If you are coming in, make sure your CTC is hiked as far as you can push it. OK place to work, not OK for a career (this should be a jump off point).
