1.Getting promoted is impossible.
2.their QA department ensure you do not get your bonus, promotion, pay raises, etc.
3.If you're out sick they use your PTO to cover your sick days with out your permission.
4.You can only miss 8 days of work out of 52 weeks.
5.bait and switch is normal here. They will tell you are about to get a tech job and it turns out is a help desk job.
6. they state you are going to get a lot of benefits but you have to wait 1 year before you get them.
7. QA's job is to ensure you do not get a bonus, promotion or switch projects.
8. Unisys does not provide you with training, you have to self train for whatever project you are on.
9. Management does not care about you or your situation.
10. Your degrees mean nothing to Unisys.
