Unisys doesn't have many projects they have only 2 legacy sfotwares

Pros

Work culture is good Pay is good at the time of joining

Cons

Silent layoff, since our project is closed by unisys due to merging of BU's and fund issues, they asked the employees to resign for our self since they are not able to find projects. They agreed to pay 3 months notice period but they asked to leave company on same day without giving time to employee and they tready employee in a different way. After exit process they are sending security with us.

Do not join. If you want to have some time for yourself.

Cons

Worst management, worst work life, will have to work minimum 12 hrs daily. Weekly 2-3 times 15 hours.
