      Engaging with new learners every week Opportunity to engage community

      Cons

      Corporate/campus administrations aren't very receptive to innovation Instructors are at the mercy of student satisfaction for irrelevant factors Low pay for workload and even that is contingent upon student factors (outside of academics)

      Pros

      Unitech Training Academy offers it's employees a chance to grow as the company grows. Although it has 7 campuses it still keeps in touch with it's employees. I've have never worked for a company that offers yearly shoe parties to all it's employees.! In addition, this wonderful thoughtful company will remember your Birthday; Work Anniversary; Christmas... and a Honey Baked Ham !!! At Unitech Training Academy employees matter...

      Pros

      Great work environment, opportunity to pass on knowledge to the next generation of workers, and to make a change in other's lives.

      Cons

      The biggest downside to working for Unitech Training Academy I would say is the business side. The metrics are pretty rough to meet sometimes.
