      Pros

      You get to make a difference in someone's life

      Cons

      Constant staff turnover. Some students were passed off even if they weren't really ready to be out in the field. I've seen grades and attendance being forged by staff.

      My Co-Workers were the ABSOLUTE best! Everyone was always so happy & willing to help out others! I also enjiyed Meeting new people & learning new things constantly (I.e. like- how EFFICIENTLY listen in order to EFFECTIVELY communicate then COMPREHEND if what theyre "WANTING" to do/try MOMENTARILY may not be what they "SHOULD" do/try PRESENTLY! By now you should be able to at least generalize the type of person and /or situation you're actually encompassesd with...So now its time to COMPROMISE, RESOLVE, & ACHEIVE!) ⏩*Moral of The Story* ⏪ At Unitech, Be prepared to not only be trained by the best professionals in the industry,but be ready to find YOURSELF, & continue to solidify your payh of positivity!! #Certainty&Confidence is always then end result!! #UnitechTeachesTheMind&TouchesTheSoul!

      I ABSOLUTELY LLOOVVVEEDDD MY JOB, MY CO-WORKERS, & MY STUDENTS! NoCons!! Buuuttt if I HAVE to say a little something The only times I felt sad while employed there really was during that "BitterSweet" Moment when the student who had the roughest journey (yet STILL succeeds), walks across the stage at graduation! #PHENOMENAL! #I💝Unitech!!

      Pros

      Corporate management is helpful and supportive. There is some room for growth in the company and most promotions happen from within. The owner of the company really relates to the students and comes from a genuine place. Employees are given small bonuses several times throughout the year.

      Cons

      Unless you are upper management, the pay is hardly competitive. The owner doesn't care about her employees as much as she cares about her students. Unitech is quick to fire if you're not performing well.
