      Pros

      Open Door Policy is a REAL thing. There is trust among faculty, staff, and senior administrators that allow issues to be addressed and resolved in a professional manner.

      Cons

      The open enrollment policy does take some adjusting to get used to and routinely prepare to receive and equip incoming students.
