      Pros

      Management takes the time to reward employees and invest in their professional development. Job duties and expectations are clearly defined and every department has specified goals to obtain. There is no mystery as to what you should be doing, working on, or accomplishing. And if you need help in obtaining said goals there is a an entire team that is willing to help get you there.

      Cons

      It is very much a team environment, therefore not a good fit for individuals who like to work solo.

      management is not always for the staff or the students. It is a business and the bottom line is the almighty dollar.
