      Pay and benefits are the only things I can think of...I might be reaching

      Cons

      Basically a sales job. Student success is the least important factor here even though they make it seem like they are so student centric.

      Pros

      Truly have a heart for student success. Remarkable ability to adapt in critical times like "COVID" and the changing educational demands. Awesome Leadership Team Makes you feel valued.

      Cons

      I had to think about this one for awhile but it's...They never do anything "small scale" . When our campus was needing a sign for a long time, well it was brought up at every meeting. We did not get it for a while but when it came, it not only came with the BIGGEST SIGN across the top of the building but also a total remodel of campus and classroom. You have to watch what you ask for :)
