Pros

Really good mission of serving the mobility challenged community. Very nice people and decent pay & benefits (5% match on 401k). Refocused on what's important lately and people actually care.

Cons

Interest rates being high means we don't carry as much inventory and it's hard to see what we don't have.

Fun work environment despite being hostile

Cons

Upper managment doesnt care about its technicians and is more concerned about turning this very specialized industry into a standard "stealership". The management is allowed to harass and create a hostile work environment for the technicians at many locations
