The flight benefits are amazing and, for the most part, coworkers have kind, adventurous spirits There is a lot of good momentum at the company right now

Cons

There is a lot of bureaucracy and it can be difficult to get things done. Projects are constantly prioritized and then de-prioritized .

Fast-paced, high energy and diverse company. Benefits are excellent including flight benefits. Employee base is extremely talented and great folks to work with. Very big on diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Senior leadership needs to do a better job of work/life balance for management and administrative employees.

The teams are very diverse and creative. I love how everyone brings their own flavor to various projects. Very organized for a company of great size.

Cons

Even though trivial items take time to complete, considering the size of the company (in particularly the corporate office), I still gave it 5 stars.
