Pros

Some of the best reasons to work for United Airlines are work flexibility, employee development and career opportunities.

Cons

Due to all of the downsizing and restructuring at United Airlines, there has been many adjustments that has impacted many employee groups and their families.

Pros

Good flight benefits, now with CO merger hoping it brings more opportunity for advancement. Fair co pay for medical/dental/vision insurance.

Cons

Hugh class differences between senior management and everyday working Joe. Would like to see more equitable spread when it comes to profit sharing/bonuses.

Pros

I had a very good experience working at ISD. I had good career growth, good support from senior management and was I am proud of what I achieved. My peformance was well rewarded.

Cons

Constant change at CIO level did not help the organization. Current leadership (though not very familiar with situation now) seems to be not interested in recruiting ex-UA folks (????)
