Pleasant people to work with and most did not mind sharing their extensive knowledge and expertise.

Cons

Inconsistent communication, lack of core company policies shared across the organization and non existent work/life balance for most.

Pros

This company has great benefits. The pay is decent. There is a 401K and employee stock purchasing program.

Cons

No work/life Balance. We work long hours and weekends. This was supposed to be temporary, but this has quickly become the norm.
