      Pros

      Insurance, 401K and PTO, and some good co workers.

      Cons

      The leadership team doesn't know what the word "lead" means. Can't trust anyone because leadership will use their "favorites" to get information they receive and harass and fire you. Working long hours, including massive overtime with no appreciation given.

      Admin staff well underpaid No proper management Don't bother being proactive at this company as it will not get anywhere No flexi hours No CPD Most of the employees get frustrated and leave
