      Atmosphere of work is very positive. People are collaborating and ready to help any time it's the biggest advantage of working at UBC.

      Cons

      I can not see big cons. Its an US corporation with high standands of work (working for international clients) so that self dyscypline is needed.

      Work life balance, good management, lots of room for improvement and advancement. Always learning new things. Pay is fair and bonuses are nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes to much micro management. Can be fairly monotonous at times. Not enough paid time off for employees. Some favoritism towards employees.
