Pros

Good benefits, location was close to home

Cons

No option to work from home. ZERO communication from management. Supervisors were unaware their employees were being laid off until they had a meeting 15 minutes before the staff had a meeting where they were let go. Even at the meeting with the supervisors, they were not told who was being let go. Those laid off were told they would be given a lateral move but this did not happen. I left when I saw what was happening to my coworkers. It was very clear that it doesn't how well you do your job, only how well you suck up to management or threaten to sue if you don't get you way.
