Pays more under the Express Scripts umbrella of companies. Work atmospheres is ideal & everyone got along. Nice clean building with friendly staff and coworkers.
Cons
This place is so unorganized it should be shut down. Supervisors have no clue what to do and nor do employees. Training is a joke with this company especially for Care Specialist. There were days I literally sat around and pretended to be busy. Policy & rules change everyday with this place. I was hired for one position & thrown into another. From the time I was recruited until the time I left this place was unorganized. I came over from Accredo and really wished I had stayed. They don't pay much but at least there's direction & guidance. Do NOT work for this company. They lay off frequently & will not tell you until the day of it happening.
